Fasteners

Extruded aluminum fasteners are the essential hardware used to secure and assemble T-slot aluminum extrusion systems into strong, modular structures. These fasteners are specifically designed to integrate with the slot geometry of extrusion profiles, providing reliable clamping force while preserving the flexibility that modular framing systems are known for.

At the core of these systems are metric fasteners such as M6 and M8 bolts. M6 bolts are typically used with smaller 30 Series profile series, offering a balance between strength and compact size. M8 bolts, on the other hand, are commonly used in larger 40 Series profiles where greater load capacity and structural rigidity are required.

These bolts are often paired with T-nuts—drop-in, or roll-in variants—that fit directly into the extrusion’s slots. As the bolt is tightened, the T-nut engages within the channel, creating a secure connection without the need for drilling or tapping. This system allows for quick assembly and easy adjustments, making it ideal for minor adjustments without welding.
