40 Series Profile

Extruded channeled aluminum offers a high strength-to-weight ratio, enabling durable yet lightweight structural framing. Its inherent corrosion resistance reduces maintenance, while the channel shape allows easy, modular assembly without welding. It is versatile for custom designs, thermally conductive, and 100% recyclable, making it sustainable and cost-effective.

40 Series comes in a variety of profile configurations and depths. The overall width of the material is 40mm, but it comes in 40mm, 80mm, and 120mm depths. All of our aluminum is in 2 meter lengths.

For added strength, we also carry a heavy gauge profile in 40mmX40mm and 40mmx80mm 2 meter sections.
